Terms of Service
By ordering a commission from me, you hereby acknowledge and accept the following:✮ You accept my Terms of Service (ToS)
✮ You are paying for my time and effort as an artist.
✮ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
✮ Chargebacks will result in a cancellation of your commission and you will be prohibited from commissioning me in the future.
✮ You may NOT make adjustments to the art I provide you. You may contact me for edits at any point during the process.
✮ I am a parent, so my work schedule is not always predictable. I will keep you updated on the status of your commission.
Commission Ordering Process
You can order or inquire about a commission at any time via email ([email protected]) or Twitter DMs (@capcampaigns). Either will suffice.What information do I need from you?
Commission Type: Chibi, Standard, Ref Sheet, Commercial Work
Character References: Clear visuals are best, but I can work with sketches or detailed descriptions of a character! Please, feel free to include things about the character here, like their aesthetic or the vibe you're going for; this will help a lot with making sure their design is correct!
General Idea: General or specific ideas you'd like for your commission. These can be poses, expressions, whatever you'd like to include. I will not directly rip a pose from existing artwork, nor will I copy another artist's style. The exception to this is if the character belongs to a certain fandom with a distinct style, (ie Hazbin Hotel or Sonic the Hedgehog) and I will do my best to mimic the show's styling if you request it that way.

PayPal Email: If I accept, an invoice will be sent to this email.
Payment Information
Full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoices before I begin working on your commission. The currency used will be in USD.Payment plans can be arranged for commissions exceeding $100. I require half of the full payment before I will begin working on your commission, and all unwatermarked files will be withheld until payment is complete. Likewise, I will not progress more than halfway on your commission until payment is completed.
Refunds
Refunds can only be given prior to a commission being started.
If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason after beginning, a partial refund may be given depending on how much work is done.
Chargebacks will get you blacklisted from obtaining my art in the future, and I will share this information with other artists to prevent scams as a whole.
WIPs and Progress
My turnaround time fluctuates, since I am a stay at home parent. Life happens, and things come up, but you can expect results within a few weeks. I will, however, do my best to keep it under two months. If something comes up and I need more time, I will contact you.
Initial sketches can be expected within 48 hours after accepting a commission.After payment, you will receive an initial sketch. This can be fully revised twice, giving you three free sketches. Once you approve one, I'll continue with the next step. You will receive a watermarked WIP after each step in the process.If I miss a detail, feel free to let me know at any time, and I will fix my mistake free of charge. Please note that this only covers details you have already given prior to starting, so the flat fee of $15 will be charged for any changes past the sketch phase that are not a mistake of my own.If you would like to see the current progress of my commissions or see where you're at on the waitlist, my Trello is the best way to get that information.
About Your References
When you place your order, please be sure to provide clear references. This ensures that we won't have to make as many changes during the process, which is cheaper in the long run for you!
If you have descriptions that aren't visual, they must be clearly written and detailed to ensure that they're included.
References can be on a Google Doc, a toyhou.se page, sent in direct messages — essentially anywhere, as long as I don't need to download anything.
AI generated references will not be considered.
If you have pose references, feel free to send them! I won't do a 1:1 copy of that pose, but I will do my very best to convey what you're looking for within those constraints.
Changes and Revisions
I will provide three different ideas at your request for major sketches. Minor adjustments are absolutely fine — these are much easier to fix, of course. Once a sketch is approved, however, major changes will come with a fee.
Should you change your mind about your idea past the approved sketch, extra fees will be issued as needed.Minor changes can be done for free. These consist of small things like color changes, smaller details, slight adjustments to features, etc.Major changes will incur an additional fee of $15 per major change. These may consist of pose changes, full outfit changes, a completely different outfit, changes to hairstyles, etc.If it changes the silhouette, it's a major change.
Artwork Use
As an artist, I reserve the right to post a finished commission to my own socials and use them as examples for future commissions. You may request that I temporarily wait to post it with regards to a birthday or holiday. You may also request that I not tag you on socials for safety or privacy reasons.As the client, you may also post the finished artwork to your own socials and show it off, however you must always give me credit for the work I've done. Do not try to claim it as your own. If I find out you're not giving me credit for my work, you will be blacklisted from receiving future commissions.
